They undergo a meticulous screening process including a nationwide background check, a CAPS (Colorado Adult Protective Services) Check, and a comprehensive personal interview before we invite them to join our team.
Our caregivers also receive ongoing training, and are certified in CPR and first aid.
We have a Colorado Class A License, which allows us to provide nursing care with an RN, hands-on care with a CNA, and companion care with a PCP (Personal Care Provider).
